They intend to kick all of this off by bringing on a Production Engineer, ideally with some completions experience, to act as a partner to the Vice President of Operations. They will continue to help optimize and maintain the existing production, while immediately being in a leadership position by helping to facilitate this growth. The right candidate will range from 7-20 years of professional work experience, with field experience as well as a strong familiarity with any relevant software.
